Why my order was charged wrong amount?
Your order might have included additional charges like shipping and/or bulky fees. For more information on these extra fee terms, please refer to www.algadgets.com/terms_condition and at the product page of the item you bought.
Do you keep my credit card details?
Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our banks.
If you are using a credit card which is not under your name, please ensure that you get the consent of the Credit Card holder as Algadgets validates these type of transactions by calling the primary Account Holder.

When can I request for a Sales Invoice?
All Sales invoice should be included on the package upon delivery. If for some reason our merchants have not included the Invoice, please contact us within 30 days upon receipt for us to send one out right away.
A scanned copy of the Sales Invoice will be sent to you 3 to 5 business days from the date of request and a physical copy will be mailed to you right after if you require one. Due to the number of Invoices served by our Merchants on a daily basis and the assumption that you have received your product in good order with the correct Sales Invoice attached, we may not be able to accommodate any request for copies after 30 days from the receipt of your item.
Shipment and Deliveries
When will I receive my orders?
- After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS.
- After successful verification (time frame: within 24 - 48 hours after ordered date), you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
- In United Arab Emirates: 1 – 7 calendar days (except Friday and holidays) In International: 5 – 12 calendar days (except Fridays and holidays)
Note: For orders of high capacity powered items (i.e. battery ) and items with liquid content for delivery to International areas, item(s) will be shipped via Air due to aviation/airline restrictions. Please expect an additional 15 days on top of the expected delivery date.
I ordered multiple items but I only received one, where are my other items?
Whenever we encounter multiple items in a single order, we ship each item as soon as they are made available.
Shipping time for all items under one order number will still follow the applicable delivery time frame on your area.
Can I prearrange the date of delivery?
Our courier service is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we cannot guarantee the delivery of your order for a specific time or date. Yet you can rest assured we are working closely with our service partners to allow us to better serve you in the future.
Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Your orders may be delivered on a weekend or a holiday depending on our courier's availability. You will be notified should your order be delivered outside of business days.

Will I have to pay customs fees on my International delivery?

Refund / Return Policy
What Algadgets Refund policy?
- 1.) Within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product has no manufacturing defect, has not been activated and is still in new or like-new condition.
- 2). Within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product has a manufacturing defect.
Refund will not be provided in the following cases?
- 1.) The refund was requested beyond 7 calendars days of delivery;
- 2). Product sent in for refund does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
- 3). Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- 4). any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
- 5). Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
- 6). Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.
- 7). Respective product has not been sent back to DJI 7 calendar days after refund confirmation from DJI.
- 8). The date of activation exceeds 30 days after the date of delivery.
What are the Algadgets Replacement Policy?
- 1). Within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product has no manufacturing defect and is still in new or like-new condition.
- 2). Within 15 calendar days of delivery if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit.
- 3). Within 15 calendar days of delivery if the product purchased does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.
- 4). Within 15 calendar days of delivery if the product has a manufacturing defect(s).
A replacement will not be provided within 15 calendar days of the purchase in following cases
- 1). The replacement was requested beyond 15 calendars days of delivery;
- 2). Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- 3). Product sent in for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error.
- 4). Product is found to have no manufacturing defects after appropriate tests are conducted by Algadgets Technical Support.
- 5). Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
- 6) If Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

What are the Standard Warranty Terms and Condition that Algadgets provided?
The warranty of the product will be void if the product is physically damaged; warranty seal is tampered, dropped in water, met with an accident or used in any way that is not recommended by the product manufacturer.

What are the Rules and Regulation to Fly in UAE?
- Unmanned aircraft (Drones) are increasingly being used for recreational and commercial purposes in Dubai. However users need to be responsible and aware that drones flying near the airport can endanger aircraft safety and are therefore prohibited. Users must also respect privacy laws and avoid taking videos or pictures of people and military installations without permission.
- The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has regulations in place for adherence to safety and privacy standards, while using drones. These include not operating drones near airports, residential, populated and restricted areas. Drones for personal use should be flown within the perimeters of licensed aviation clubs and should be flown within the line of your sight.
- Commercial drones are usually used for filming, land surveying, construction progress etc and it is recommended to hire authorized companies who can obtain the necessary permits from governmental authorities. Commercial users of drones in Dubai need to obtain a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA). This is obtained after registration, pre-assessment and prior approval from the related authority, usually Dubai Film and TV Commission (DFTC).

- 2. Fly only during daytime and in good weather conditions.
- 3. Do not fly the drone within five kilometers from any airports, helipads, landing areas or manned aircraft.
- 4. Do not fly near any buildings, houses, private properties or persons.
- 5. Fly for fun and not for commercial purposes.
What are the Steps to apply for Commercial Drone?
Here are the steps to apply for a permit to fly a commercial drone in Dubai:
- 1. Register here through the DCAA website
- 2. After registration on the DCAA website, login and apply for the eService entitled 'Issuing No Objection Certificate for Aerial Work'.
- 3. Provide coordinates, date, time of the drone flight and contact details of the drone operator
- 4 .Depending on the commercial activity of the drone flight, submit a copy of approval from the relevant authority. For filming this would usually be Dubai Film and TV Commission (DFTC) who in turn get approvals from the Ministry of Defence. Fees are around 3,300 and upwards depending on filming location
