CONTRACT BETWEEN US AND THE CUSTOMER.
When you place an order to purchase items using our website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We will confirm receipt of your order by contacting you on your phone or mobile number and sending you an email summarizing the details of your order ("Order Confirmation email"). The contract between us is formed at the point we send the Order Confirmation email in respect of those items mentioned in the email. If your order contained a number of items and the Order Confirmation email mentions on some of them, those items which have yet to be dispatched to you do not form part of that contract.
ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
We process all our orders in same working day or the next working day. For any reason if we are not able to process the order within 2-4 working days, the system automatically cancels the order and fresh order needs to be placed again. All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. Any orders placed through the website will be considered as legitimate orders. At present we ship orders only to UAE based customers. If the payment method is "Credit Card" the order will be processed once the bank confirms the payment. Although we endeavor to keep our website information and pricing up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If such an error is discovered after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled. alGadgets Electronics LLC also reserve the rights to cancel any order under any circumstances of ambiguity or confusion of products quality or contents being raised by customer prior to delivery of the order. incase of pre delivered order which is under processing a complete refudn will be made back to customer without further processing of the ordr.
REQUEST TO CANCEL AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel an order the same can be done within 12 hours of the purchase made. Calling the office and confirming the same with the support team can do the cancelation. If the order is under processing then it can still be canceled but it will be up to the management's discretion, and a charge of 15%-20% of the product value will be levied for processing fees. If any orders are cancelled and have been paid for using a credit card, then the refund process may take up to 25 days (subject to the bank's policy). If the order has already been dispatched then it will not be possible to cancel it. In some cases special exceptions may be made, allowing the order to be canceled but this will again be up to the management's discretion and a charge of 30% of the product value will be levied for processing fees. Any products that are authorized for return must be in perfect condition with sealed packaging and all accessories intact. Final approval to collect items will only be given once an inspection of the items has taken place. Delivery charges are non refundable.
RETURNS ON CLEARANCE & BUNDLE OFFERS
Unfortunately we don't accept returns on clearance items. Should your product present a fault you're still entitled to coverage under the our Warranty or under the Manufacturer's Warranty, depending on which warranty type applies to your product can be processed. alGadgets has a 3 day return policy for most of the items, however specific return periods may apply for certain types of items, while certain items are not returnable unless there is a problem with their quality. Unfortunately, unless they are faulty or not as described, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following item categories:

WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All the products and services we offer through algadgets.com carry's manufacturer's warranty as per the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. We source all our products from genuine sources and distribution channels to assure you the best quality and authenticity. Following are the standard warranty terms and conditions. All Gadgets and devices other than accessories, services and software carry one-year manufacturers repair warranty. The warranty of the product will be void if the product is physically damaged; warranty seal is tampered, dropped in water, met with an accident or used in any way that is not recommended by the product manufacturer. All the products supplied by algadgets.com -except software, accessories and services- carry a serial number which is recorded in the users account during the delivery of the product. If the serial number of the product is not matching with the records, the warranty is not claimable. Software's has no warranty as the manufacturer or developer is providing direct support to its customers. All warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Any warranty requests has to be pre-approved by emailing the complaint to email@example.com or by calling 04-2552393 and by obtaining a warranty claim number. This number will be referred for all follow-ups and claims. All imported product may not covered by a warranty that is supported by local distributors. However we assist our customers in obtaining support for their product should they be faced with a problem within 365 days of their purchase. Carefully read the information below regarding the proper handling of your new equipment. Following these guidelines will make your experience with our Customer Care easier and more pleasant and will help expedite any transactions. Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to its contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to AlGadgets.com within twelve (12) business hours of receipt of product. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact AlGadgets.com and inform about it. AlGadgets.com will then investigate the matter and authorise either a full refund or replace the unit if the claim or complaint deems fit. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. Please DO NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise.
Please note that if you order a number of items for delivery to the same address, they may be dispatched separately and we cannot guarantee delivery of all the items on the same day. We make every effort to dispatch items on time. If we are unable to deliver the items within our normal timeframe, we will inform you about the same well in advance. Cancellation fee (if applicable) will be deducted prior to refunding the amount. If the items are not delivered within the time period we specify in the Order Confirmation Email, please contact our Customer Care Department quoting the order number contained in your Order Confirmation Email. WARRANTIES & REPAIR
All items sold by AlGadgets.com are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor/supplier. All items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor/supplier directly for service or warranty claim. AlGadgets.com is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor/supplier fails to perform warranty services. AlGadgets.com reserves the right to inspect the item prior to approving replacement under warranty. AlGadgets.com also provides an extended warranty which varies from item to item, which is only applicable at the point of purchase. AlGadgets.com will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. DELIVERY & PROOF OF PAYMENTS MADE
Customers will be asked to sign for the goods upon delivery. If wrong shipping information has been given at the time of order then any additional delivery charges and processing fees will be borne by the customer. Once delivered and signed for, no claim of damaged goods will be accepted. Any additional taxes or customs duties of any kind if not previously stated, are not included and must be paid by the customer. The delivery and the billing addresses can be different, however at the time of delivery a valid form of photo identification needs to be presented. The following forms of ID will be accepted:
